Shipping
We do not ship outside the continental United States.
We ship UPS ground. We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.50 in the continental United Sates. That’s $7.50 per order regardless of how many items are on that order. Shipping and handling are FREE on orders totaling $100.00 or more.
Please provide a physical address, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Orders are normally shipped in within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the shipping details and a tracking number.

Return Policy For Self Defense Products
We Offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
IMPORTANT: Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the unlikely event that your merchandise is defective and/or requires warranty-related repair/replacement by the manufacturer.
1. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return merchandise cannot be accepted without an RA number.
3. Returns must be in new condition, complete with original packaging, accessories, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If a return is not complete you will not receive a refund.
4. A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns. The RA number must be included on the shipping label to insure prompt processing.
5. All approved returns must be returned within 30 Days of receipt.
6. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of merchandise once we receive it.
7. Palm Home Safety is not responsible for shipping charges on returns.

9. Pepper Spray cannot be returned if the package has been tampered with or opened.

We at Palm Home Safety strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Palm Home Safety product page.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Palm Home Safety before any products are returned.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by Palm Home Safety before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Palm Home Safety will replace the product or refund your account at Palm Home Safety's discretion.
All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). *Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by Palm Home Safety. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Palm Home Safety.
All returns must be authorized by a representative of Palm Home Safety and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Palm Home Safety. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESSs days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY: We guarantee all Palm Home Safety products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
